I am having a heck of a time trying to locate suppliers in Australia. I can't find anyone who supplies large blocks of good quality chocolate, large bags of sugar, cocoa and things like that.

Does anyone know where in Australia (either on line or preferably in Sydney) I can get my ingredients in bulk / wholesale from?

Sweet Inspirations might have what your after their at www.sweetinspirations.com.au. I haven't checked them out for a while and can't quite remember what they have but I do know you can bulk buy things I've gotten fruit for cakes there before. You can download a price list. They are at Glendenning near Blacktown.

Have you tried the yellow pages? That's where i found my supplier. There are lots in Melbourne, I use Fina Foods. There are heaps around, it's just a matter of finding them ; )
