OK guys I need some help here. I need some good recipes for some either low or no sugar cake plus low carb. I am thinking I can make it by scratch but then does the regular flour add more carbs to it? I have a good recipe for the frosting but if any of you have a good recipe for frosting with the same criteria it would be greatly appreciated as well. Thanx in advance!

oh and of course, it has to not taste like cardboard since little kids will be eating this too!
