Oka, guys. Hopefully this is the last question involving this rush cake. I am about to BC the cake and roll on into finishing. But I needed to know if I should wait for the BC to crust before applying the MMF on top of it? Or should I do it right after smoothing? Quick advice is needed so I can go ahead and finish this thing!! Help.
