I used the plain ol' Kroger's brand and it worked fine (it is not dutch processed)

I too like the chocolate cake on the back of the Hershey's can. After all these reviews, I'm gonna have to try the epicurious one!

For the epicurious cake, would you recommend it for frosting with fondant or sculpting?
