I have a request for a three tiered stacked cake, with all of the white fondant covering to be pearly-glittery. Would I just use the lustre dust snowflake and pearl mix and brush it all over, or paint it? Any suggestions greatly appreciated icon_smile.gif

You can brush it on dry... a nice makeup style blush brush works really well. I've used them.

Thanks, will try that. Does it 'stick' very well done like this?

works great... that's what i did on my cinderella coach cake...I dusted some darker pink in the crevices, and then a white pearl all over...

I've also done it on my baptism gown cake, and the golden orange of my pumpkin cupcake...

Would you brush it on dry after the fondant dries or while it's still fresh?

I usually do it while it's fresh, but you can do it dry.
