My price for that cake after knowing the sizes would be around $95-$110. This is the going rate for my area. Good luck!

you should get over $100 for sure. That is a lot of work and a lot of cake. I would probably say $120 to $130 myself. They could not get that at a bakery custom made for less than that. It is a beautiful cake.

Thanks guys

It was a lot of work I started on this cake at 6pm ( just decorating) and did not finish it untill 1am. I then got back up at 5am to finish the 50th birhday cake that is also listed in the photos. I usally charge 20 for my 1/4 sheets and 30 for my 1/2 sheets . Yet i was not sure about the price for this one , yet both cake seem to be just alot a of cake.

I was thinking of a price of $50.00 to $60 .00, I wish i could get 115 for this cake . I stay in Tn

I like your cake too , I think i will just stay at the price around 50 to 60 dollars. yet when i get just a little better my prices will go up. I was charging 12 for a 1/4 sheet cake and 20 for a 1/2 sheet cake untill cc fellow member told me i was giving the cake away. Thats why i went up on my prices and believe if that want your cake and like it they will pay your price for it .( yet i would not want to go over board)

it is tough starting out and figuring out prices.....i was the same, i wanted the customers so i was not charging a whole lot. i really enjoy making peoples cake but at the same time, at what cost? i use gas to get the stuff that i need to make the cake, and spend endless hours in the kitchen producing a unique cake that they could not find at their local bakery. so anyways, i finally started charging more for my cakes. i was nervous at first, but nobody so far has complained about me charging to much. if fact i get alot of people saying i don't charge enough!!!!! anyways my point is...start a little low but once ya get your cakes out there...raise the prices, your cake is just awesome and you deserve to be paid for it!!!!
