Besides the basic flavors what flavor cake or filling is your favorite?

I like the white almond sour cream cake with a strawberry or raspberry jam with buttercream mixed in. Hazelnut cake with mini-choc. chips and a nutella whipped filling. I also like oreos crushed up into b/c

Chocolate cake, Kahlua Bavarian Cream filling made with Pastry Pride, Iced in Sarah Bernhardt chocolate glaze. Heaven, I'm in heaven.

WASC made with vanilla, don't like almond, filled with fresh strawberry Bavarian cream, iced in Italian meringue buttercream. Floats on a cloud it is so light.

I do not care much for chocolate, but my hubby wants to be very naughty after I make him chocolate fudge cake, chocolate BC with crushed Oreo filling and ganache.

Peanut butter cake with peanut butter chocolate frosting filled and frosted. Dutch apple cake frosted with chocolate fudgey frosting.

Butter pecan cake with Butter Pecan filling.

Triple Chocolate Fudge cake with alternating layers of chocolate ganache (made with Dove dark choc) and seedless raspberry filling, frosting with chocolate BC with/without ganache poured over it.

carrot cake w/out raisins and whipped cream-cream cheese icing

chocolate mocha cake w/ whipped milk chocolate ganache

lemon cream cheese pound cake w/ fresh raspberry puree

Mine would have to be Butter Pecan with a Caramel filling and then Iced in light chocolate icing with chocolate ganache on top.

Also, lemon with lemon curd.

yellow cake with a crumb coat of BC with 1/2 butter/1/2 crisco is my all time favorite (actually just give me a yellow cake and i'm happy!)

But my other favorite is Waldorf Red Velvet cake. But when my grandma makes it, for some reason it just never turns out quite right when I make it. I have some more practicing to do.

My favorite is orange creamsicle cake with orange filling (i make it with just orange juice and cornstarch heated and then cooled) and orange cream cheese frosting. Mmmm... just talking about it makes me want a piece!

These are my all time favorites; chocolate fudge cake with peanut butter mousse iced in chocolate bc, and white cake with strawberries and bavarian cream. But really I haven't made a cake I didn't like! I LOVE CAKE!
