I was just wondering if it is possible to tint chocolate buttercream, I really want chocolate frosting but I need a dark blue color. Has anyone ever tried this?

I use chocolate frosting when I want black.. I always tint it black.. never thought about blue.. give it at try.. let us know!

You can do white chocolate (put in melted white squares). I wouldn't think brown could go blue, unless you were looking for a deep dark blue.
