I was asked to try and make a topsy turvy cake. I'm very new to this and I would like your adivse on how to make it. Some people have said they just carve the layers others use different size of cake pans for each layer. Also, I've never done a three tier cake so how should I support it? Thanks for your advise!

The link that reesesob gave you should be very helpful for you. I was following these CC instructions and finished my very first Topsy-Turvy cake just yesterday.
