I would like to learn more about the cupcake cakes. Some of you have wonderful ones in your galleries. How about something more on the scupled(sp)cakes.
I am sure anything you do tutorials on will be worth reading everyone has such great ideas on this forum.

I would love something on gumpaste flowers as well. I have all the stuff to try it but haven't had a chance yet. Think if I had a tutorial I would sit down and get it done.

Covering cake boards and materials used for cake boards would be a great one icon_biggrin.gif

Also, figure molding is another area I am interested in. I am just in awe of some of you ladies and gentlemen with the cutest figures on your cakes. Some simple techinques that can be used when making figures or animals for cake decoration. Be it with fondant, gumpaste or martzipan.

Gumpaste flowers and Fondant seem to be tops. Unfortunately, I haven't worked much with these yet. We're waiting on you experts to help us out!

Keep up the good ideas!

I, too, would like a great pictoral tutorial on fondant drapes. I find these quite challenging and am sure there is a tip or trick that I'm missing that make these not quite so darn confounding!

Hey ladies & gents. Is this what you meant by ribbon roses?
If so, I'll volunteer to make the step-by-step on how to do them out of fondant, gumpaste or candy clay. The ones here I made from the candy clay recipe on this site. This site ROCKS!
