I made a chocoate fudge cake, and I was planning to cover it with a marshmallow fondant, but Im not sure what filling, or crumb coating to use?? I wanted to colour the fondent red as well... need some advice

Tint your marshmallow while melted... it's easier to do it that way ... as far as fillings, try this website

I have read some people use Nutella for a filling. Has anyone used it and if so, do you use it plain or is it mixed with something?
