What is everyone's favorite crusting chocolate icing recipe? i used the one that wilton puts out, by adding the cocoa, and i just didnt care for it.

What kind of cocoa did you use??? i usally go eith the giradelli one...it cost a little but more but wow its woth it!

My favorite is Wilton's but I use crisco sticks and I melt bakers chocolate squares usually about 4 or 5 for every 2 lbs , I have no complaints from my customers they love it

I think adding the chocolate squares is a great idea...that is my next thing to try! Thanks so much for the responses!
