The cookie bouquet I'm making was supposed to be for Friday. Well, a few hours ago, while I was still in Atlanta (2 hours from home) she called and asked if we could move it to tomorrow because her closing got moved.
The cookies are baking.
How long does the RI have to dry for it to be stable?

I think I've read at least 12 hours. Hopefully someone else will pop on and clarify.
