it's not your imagination... i too remember seeing something like this. BUT i can't remember if it was here or at another site. I'm off to search around, i'll get back to you if i find it. I remember thinking how they do that hanger thingy.

I am only guessing, but I think her husband makes her cookie cutters...
Couldn't you take the dress cookie cutter and make one like that and then add for the top.. The hanger is piped on. Juat a thought...

I agree with Cindy. I think her husband makes her cutters. That one looks like the dress cutter that's been modified at the top.

I've made my own cookie cutters for adress hanging on a hanger. I bought one of those cutter makign kits, but if you don't want to do that, you can cut them out using a pattern. Cake_Princess worte a great tutorial on how to do that (in the articles section). Also, some places that sell cookie cutters will make them to your pattern.
