Where do you get them?

eBay. I got 2 of them ... one 18" round and one 18" square .... from the same seller within a week of each other. Including shipping, it was slightly cheaper than buying direct from the mfr's website(s).

I found a bunch on ebay - depending on size and seller, they go anywhere from 60 to over 100 dollars there. I think my search was cake stands or silver cake stands. They also have gold ones occasionally.
