I got lazy and didn't make mine in advance with royal icing so I'm wondering if I could do them with stiff buttercream with a little piping gel. Help my cake is due tomorrow!!

Thanks in advance,
Tilisha

I've heard that you can do them with buttercream (no piping gel) and freze them to remove them from the foil.

If you do them in royal you could dry them in the oven, light on only. You can also poke holes in the bottom to help speed up the drying time.
