I learned this over the summer at my Wilton classes but with my new classes I guess it was a refreshment what do you think, any tips on improving welcome

I don't know what's wrong with me today I forget to attach!!!

How do you not have jagged edges? Mine are all raggedy!

Your buttercream is probably to stiff, try thinning it a bit.

That's what some girl in class werehaving my instructor said it was the icing too stiff so told them to ad a little water to their icing

I was self concious about the roses because well you know how critical some of us can be any ways in class they were not consistent but then I forgot about these my first roses from my Wilton class!!!!!!!1

Your roses are great. I had a hard time making them until I'd made about 100 or so, then it just clicked. Did you use tip 104? Have you tried tip 97. That's the only one that I use now for my petals. I think that it makes them more realistic. I also prefer making RI roses over bc. For some reason, I think it's easier for me to work with & they look better. I don't get as much of the feathering of the petals. I've just started attempting gumpaste flowers. Wow, they can look very realistic. Hope with practice that I can become better @ it!
