There's a lot of talk about different types of fondant on this forum, so maybe someone will know the answer to this... is marshmallow fondant as stable as other types? I'm particularly wondering about warm summer days and wedding cakes. How is it effected by humidity and the like? Any experiences you'd like to share?

I have only used MMF and in humidity it will take longer to dry. But for the others not sure.
