Hello,
I'm planning to make cupcakes for my daughters third birthday party. I really would like a recipe which doesn't stick to the cupcake cases.

Has anyone got any suggestions?

Welcome to cake central. You can give the papers a quick spray with vegetable spray (once they are in the pans). It also helps if the cupcakes a completely cool before you try to remove the papers.

I found that putting a light mist of my non stick spray onto the papers after I placed them in the pan worked wonders. not one of my cupcakes stuck last time. That was the first time that they didn't stick!
