Hi Everyone

I plan to make cookies for my sister in-law boutique grand opening. I just order her business card logo to be printed on edible paper. The cookies will be in the shape of a business cards and they come 10 in sheet. How do you suggest I attach the edible image to the cookies. Royal icing? Please a little help. icon_sad.gif
Thanks(in advance)
Irma

Sorry, I've never used edible images, so I'm not sure I'll be of much help... but I would probably ice them with antonia74's royal icing recipe, let it set a bit but not totally, and put the sheets on while they're still a bit moist so they 'stick'.

Hopefully someone with more experience will have better advice for you!

My response disappeared.

I recently did this using the tub icing from the market, Betty Crocker or Pillsbury white icing. I just put a small thin layer and placed the image right on the cookie. These were for a baptism and they were the favors. I kept one for a sample and one month later it still looks good.

Super easy. You don't have to make the icing.
