I am trying to figure out how to do many cakes. Do they sell pans for this or how would I make them? I also wanted to try mini mousse cakes but I could not figure out how to keep the mousse solid enough. Does anyone know about this?

Thanks,

Rachel

I thought I seen smaller pans before! But I thought they were for making individual cupcake like cakes! icon_confused.gif

Racelet

You can find the cake pans that Becky mentioned on ebay and cakepans4less.com. I bought cake pans 2", 3", and 4" from ebay for $13.50. They are wonderful for making a mini wedding cake too. I love them.

You can also get them here:
http://pastrychef.com/Catalog/mini_cake_pan_set_3152832.htm -it comes with 2x2, 3x2, 4x2, 5x2, and 3 gold cardboard cake circles. The circles are more like fiberboard material, but for 16.50 plus shipping (and I believe no tax) it was not that bad. I ordered them and they are very nice, I have not made anything in them yet, but they won't stay that way long.

I just happened upon that site when I was going to order my pans. At first I was going to order them from Sugarcraft. But at the last minute decided to do a google search to see if I could get them somewhere cheaper, and they were the second or third hit on google.
