Isomething like the sams bakery
I'm not a cake snob, but the sam's sheetcakes are nothing to write home about. 
now is this recipe any good sometimes scratch are dry . But I assume w/ the sourcream in the recipe it is a bit dense
The Sam's cake is NOT from scratch, so you shouldn't really compare it to a cake that is... (Mix cakes have additives that scratch cakes don't.)
Why mix cakes will always be perceived as being more moist than scratch:

Yes I know Sams recieves thier cake mix already formed ,,, I went to a convention { taste and trade } and when they do make them fresh and actually put some effort into it that cake was THE BOMB additives or not . Now back to the ?????? I want to find ANY White cake recipe that is actually worth baking I have tried many from all sorts of sites and yet to find one that tastes like the bakery dose it { scratch for me dose'nt taste any better than the Doctored Box mix { DH - WHITE added a bit of sourcream and flavorings } Please don't throw the WASC at me I tried t that as well .
Agrees wholeheartedly with Jan. LOVE the WASC.
If anyone can find this recipe that would be fantastic. I would love to have it.
