I am pretty sure everyone knows by now that I am a huge fan of MDSW cakes, and this lovely toadstool, autumn-themed cake by Veritys Cakes hits the spot! The vintage pattern and soft colors bring back nostalgia of my great-grandmother’s serving dishes from the 1960s.

Wafer Ranunculus and Sempervivum
Wafer Ranunculus and Sempervivum By karascouturecakes

This stunning wafer paper ranunculus cake by KarasCoutureCakes caught my eye immediately. The clean lines and shocking pink are balanced so well by the ethereal white ranunculus.

There were so many stunning cakes in the gallery this week it was almost impossible to choose a favorite! One of my top picks was this modeling chocolate-covered bridal shower cake by ModernLovers, perfect for fall with a cascade of purple flowers and ivy.

Flowing Ruffled Flower
Flowing Ruffled Flower By desireea

This understated bridal shower cake by DesireeA is impressively simple. Its clean, cream palette is feminine and elegant and the ruffled rose focal point adds just the right amount of flair. Absolutely lovely!

They are all beautiful but that last one is my fav! Simple as far as colors but the fondant work makes it look so gorgeous.
