Baby Grand

Crazy! I cannot believe I actually did this one. And it was a huge success.

My Favorite

Original design, topsy-turvy cake done for a December Wedding. Bride wanted colors/designs to match the Artistic design found in the hotel. A complete success! Proud of myself on this one!

Butterfly Princess

Square, fondant covered wedding cake. Bride was incorporating a Moroccan theme into her reception. Top is not edible - made from styrofoam and covered in fondant, then painted gold. The designs were taken from tiles or fabric of Moroccan theme.

Sponge Bob Cake

For my son's birthday. Very simple cake, iced in buttercream. White chocolate shells, etc. The Spongebob is actually a candle I found at a party store.

Porsche Cake For 18Th Birthday

The bottom of the cake was iced in choco buttercream. I did the car using the Wilton car cake pan and just trimmed it up to have more curves like a Porsche. Then covered it in fondant and made the headlights, windows, etc. out of fodant also. The cake was a HUGE success. You can't see it in the picture, but there is even a Puerto Rican flag on the back bumper. :-)

Baby Blocks

Whipped Cream icing (dont try to stick fondant decorations to whipped cream! They dont stay!!) Blocks were made from gumpaste several days in advance.

Beach-Theme Wedding Cake

Buttercream icing. Sand dollars are made from gumpaste, shells are made from chocolate.

Skater Girl Cake!

Buttercream icing; skateboards were bought at target. The "blind" is a sticker that came with the skateboards, just stuck it to the icing. The black icing was pre-made; I can't get my black that BLACK!

Jo Jo's Circus

All buttercream. Ordered the toppers off of a party website.

Golf Cake

Made this cake for my hubby's birthday. He is a golf fanatic. All fondant, golf balls were melted chocolate in golf ball molds. I painted the clubs with a little silver dust mixed w/vodka to give it that bold shine.

Auto Groom's Cake

All buttercream, tires were fondant icing, road was airbrushed. Fun, but those stars were tedious!

Swirls & Roses

Four tier, fondant covered, square wedding cake. Swirls and dots are buttercream. Letters are fondant tinted to match bridesmaid dresses.

Yellow Calla Lillies

Four tier cake (tiramisu filling--YUM). Ivory, buttercream. The Lillies & leaves were gumpaste.

Replica Of J Lo And Marc Anthony's Cake

Did this for a friend of mine, who saw J Lo and Marc Anthony's cake in a magazine. She gave me the picture and asked me if I could do it. I guess I got pretty close! The bow is my favorite part. You can't see it in the picture, but I added some pearl dust shimmer to it. Turned out great!

Close-Up Of Swirls Wedding Cake

The T & K were cut out of colored fondant. It was the easiest way I could think of to make the letters. I tried the color flow technique and didn't like it...so I chose fondant.
