Chocolate layer cake for a little boy who loves My Little Pony. Rainbow Dash is made from fondant + cmc. Cake is filled with raspberry mousse, dark and white chocolate mousse together with raspberry jam and compote. It is frosted in raspberry smbc and then covered in fondant. TFL :)

My son's 5th birthday cake. Red velvet layer cake filled with white chocolate smbc (as requested by him), frosted with chocolate frosting and then covered with sugarpaste. All decorations are hand made. Was happiest with the lens I made out of gelatin for his goggle :) TFL!

The request was for a light pink castle cake with Beauty and the Beast. Both tiers are chocolate layer cakes filled with dark chocolate mousse, raspberry mousse and raspberry compote. Frosted with marshmallow buttercream and covered in fondant. Towers are made out of gumpaste and Belle and the Beast is a fondant cutout hand painted with edible dust colors. My daughter wanted a cake with Ariel, dolphins and a treasure chest for her 6th birthday and this is what I came up with. Blue ombre layer cake filled with strawberry smbc, frosted in vanilla smbc and then covered with sugarpaste. All decorations are handmade out of fondant + tylose. My daughter helped make some of the corals and helped to arrange them around the cake on the cake board. I glued them in place with edible glue. Sand is crushed biscuit crumbs. A very big thank you to CakeYourDay for her help and advice with the Ariel fondant cutout. I sincerely apologize for not mentioning it earlier. TFL :)

A little baby boy in a spiderman costume with his cuddly little teddy bear. The request was for a spiderman themed birthday cake for a little boy turning one and this is what I came up with. I wanted the cake to have a 'spidey' feel to it and at the same time look kind of cute as well. I hope I have achieved that. The tiers are 15 cm and 22 cm. Both tiers are white cake filled with raspberry mousse, raspberry compote and vanilla mousse and are covered in swiss meringue buttercream and then with fondant. All decorations are handmade out of fondant to which I have added Tylose powder. The little boy is my second attempt at modelling a face out of the same piece of fondant. I'm quite happy with how he turned out although there is still room for improvement! The little boy and teddy bear are inspired by Carlos Lischetti's figuriines. I was inspired by lots of great cakes here on Cake Central and especially by the lovely cake uploaded by tennilley. 'Grattis' means congratulations in Swedish. TFL!

Hee! hee! cackles the old witch as she rides through the air on her broom with her little black cat! Tiers are 22cm and 15 cm. Top tier, white cake filled with vanilla and raspberry mousse. Bottom tier, white and strawberry cake filled with vanilla, strawberry and chocolate mousse. Both tiers are covered in swiss meringue buttercream and then with fondant. All decorations are handmade out of fondant to which I have added tylose powder. My little daughter helped me with the pumpkins :) The witch, moon, letters and haunted house are hand cut from fondant and the flying bats are hand painted. For the stars I have used a star cutter. TFL!

This is the cake I made for my daughter's b'day. It is a 25 cm chocolate cake filled with strawberry and vanilla mousse, covered in vanilla smbc and then fondant. The rainbow and princess Celestia is made out of fondant to which I added cmc powder. This is the first time making a standing figurine and it wouldn't have been possible without the help of Cinthia Borges of Dolce Bacio cakes who so kindly guided me through the steps in making an upright pony figurine. Inspiration for this cake is from the my little pony cake uploaded by MacsMom. Pony's mane and tail made with help of lovelytutorials.com and the rainbow with the help of TheGreedyBaker. Thanks to all of you! My daughter loved her cake :)
