Kung-Fu Culture
All chocolate save for the gold frame behind the yellow disc. I piped the dragon scales with red coloured chocolate and covered it with yellow tinted white choc. The collar around the cake was made with White chocolate and brushed with a gold paste made from edible lustre dust mixed with clear vanilla essence. It was a very rushed last minute present for my Kung fu teacher so I didn't have time to cover the board. Luckily it was a gold one.
