Royal Kitty
I LOVED making this cake! I called it Royal Kitty for two obvious reasons but another reason why I called it “Royal” is because I made this cake using two of ROYAL BAKERY’s awesome tutorials. I changed a few things to make it my own but the design is all from Royal Bakery’s tutorials. I added a little handpainted owl, a plaque (bought from Not Just Cakes by Annie) and few other little details. My friend’s daugther was so happy with her cake.

Let Your Hair Down
My version of a Tangled cake. 10 inch red velvet cake covered with fondant. walls and tower made out of RKT and covered in fondant. All other decorations made out of fondant. My extruder broke as I was working on the hair and vines!! So I didn’t put as much as planned but I think it was a blessing in disguise as it turned out fine the way it was. Amaya loved her cake and so did her mama.

Come Sail Away Cake
1st birthday nautical cake. Inspired by Not Just Cakes by Annie and a lovely lady named Theresa. Everything is edible and made by yours truly. I couldn't find seashell mold I liked so made my own mold with real seashells. All decorations made out of fondant except for the boat which was made out of RKT.

The only non-edible item is the figurine which was a lucky find! Sorry about the quality of the photo! No copyright infrigement intended. Beatles Birthday Cake
Lovely lady requested a Beatles cake for her husband's 50th birthday. She requested a one tier cake with The Beatles' silhouettes walking down Abbey Rd. Since her husband is such a big fan of The Beatles she asked that I make one extra silhouette to represent her husband as part of the band. I added a record on top with the apple label. the lyrics Obladi Oblada life goes were added to the back of the cake and the record on top had the title 50 Let it Be! The cake is covered with vanilla buttercream and all the decorations were handcut using fondant. There was one cake online which inspired me but I couldn't find the original designer. That cake also had the same color scheme but no lyrics and no record on top. I really liked making this fun cake!

Sweet Tweet
Pink ombre two tier cake. Cake completely designed by the mom who ordered this for her little one's first birthday. I only executed it. There was supposed to be little green leaves next to each bird and was felt sooo bad when I realized I had forgotten to add them. The momma loved the cake anyway. Designed inspired by the Sweet Tweet Party Theme which can be found on birthday express' website. the #1 on top is not edible. I found a wooden one and painted silver then added crystal one by one..took me a while! :)

Jungle Fun
Baby shower cake inspired by the Fisher Price jungle animal theme. I had a very hard time with this cake since it was my first time hand cutting animals like this. Because I was slow at cutting it the fondant was tearing and stretching!!! Several other animals around the cake (hippo, elephant, zebra, parrot) Although this cake almost brought me to tears I've learned a lot from it and am quite proud of it.
