She's Got The Whole World In Her Hands - Collaboration
This is my contribution for the Earth Day collaboration. “She’s got the whole world in her hands”. I wanted to convey the theme of our children being the custodians of the Earth’s future. The survival of our planet depends on what they decide to do with the planet. It is for us to set the right example for them and display responsible behaviour. “We have not inherited this planet from our parents, we have merely borrowed it from our children.” As we celebrate Earth Day, Fri April 22nd, the members of UNSA wanted to share with you their hopes and dreams, feelings, and concerns about the issues facing our planet, its people and animals. This international collaboration is also a fundraiser for National Geographic which is a non profit committed to conservation and education of our emerging leaders. There are Billions of us and only ONE earth, please help us create change

Sugar Skulls Collaboration 2015 - Bust
Here is my contribution for the Sugar Skulls Collab. So proud to be a part of this amazing group of talented cake artists. For my piece I wanted to depict the bust of a beautiful woman whose body is disintegrating into a burst of butterflies. I wanted my piece to be dramatic , hence the use of black and red, and for the face makeup , blue and gold. The flower and butterflies are made with wafer paper and the bust is made using modelling chocolate. Thank you for looking <3<3 https://www.facebook.com/TinaScottParasharsCakeDesign

Love Across Borders
This cake was a request from a boy based in India for his girl friend in South Africa. They had travelled to Thailand together and he wanted that depicted on the cake. I wanted a vintage look and added the suitcase in the form of cake and another on the cake board. Hope you all like it smile emoticon

Tribute To Nelson Mandela
This was my London Cake International entry for which I got a Gold and 2nd Prize :) Tribute to Nelson Mandela. One of his enduring legacies was helping to bring together a divided nation through the power of education for all. This is what I wanted to depict through my piece. I hope you all like it :) xx @Tina Scott Parashar's Cake Design

Winter Love - Orchids (My Gold Entry For 21St Woc)
Winter Love - Orchids (my Gold entry for 21st WOC) This was my entry for the 21st World Orchid Conference that happened this year in Johannesburg, South Africa. I got a Gold and 2nd Prize for this entry :) Very excited to share it here. The birds and orchids on the cake are handpainted. I chose to showcase the orchids as they do in nature, hence the hanging orchids along with sage leaves for foliage. This was the first time I handpainted on a cake. The orchids I chose were Phaleonopsis/ Moth Orchids which symbolise LOVE. I love the way the tree stump turned out :)

Love In Paris
LOVE in Paris! Or should we say Proposal in Paris! When I was asked to make this cake, I knew I wanted a Paris theme! It is just more romantic that way! The lady proposed on the gentleman’s bday! Must hv come as a shock to him, but he did say “YES”! The top tier has the Paris skyline and the lower tier the Streets of Paris—including a romantic pavement café with champagne to celebrate! I loved working on this cake and this has to be my favourite till date. Everything is hand made.
