My first try modeling figures and first ever cake for profit. It didn't turn out exactly the way I wanted but they loved it. The cake is a double layer white cake that I dyed pink and blue. Cream cheese frosting with fondant figures.

Graham cracker crust topped with shaved chocolate then dark chocolate cake and sprinkled with graham cracker crumbs. Then topped with a home made meringue frosting that tastes like marshmallows. Then I threw them under the broiled to give them a toasted look/taste.

This is the first time I have ever tried piping anything. It's pretty awful but my icing wasn't stiff enough either. Can't wait to start my Wilton classes so I can learn how to do this right! It was also my first try at making and using fondant. That part went really well,
