Was asked to create a 21st birthday cake for a girl who was studying fashion. the client wanted a very simplistic cake, but pretty. this is what i came up with.
This was my very first wedding cake which was safely delivered this morning. 12" red velvet 9" vanilla and 6" chocolate. The figures were also made by myself from polymer clay so the bride and groom could have them as a keepsake. the cake theme was a Mexican Day of the Dead theme which I absolutely loved doing.
This was an 8" vanilla sponge cake created for a lady for her baby shower who loves tatty teddies
50th Birthday cake made for an old friend, he loves his dog Winston so hence the doggy. this was my first attempt at making a dog out of fondant and I was quite pleased at how he turned out.
This was The Muppets cake i made for a friend, I had so much fun making this one and it has to be one of my favourites to date :-)
