We designed this cake for the 65th anniversary of a stylish French perfum. It was a huge cake. The tuberose flowers were the most challenging part. I couldn’t find any tutorial on the web, so I had to study the original flower and create my own cutter. After many frustrating mistakes I finally came up with something I judged acceptable.
I’ve always had a passion for geometry and this cake was my homage to it.
I believe my being Italian really shows in this cake, don't you think?
