Monster High Doll Cake
Chocolate cake filled/frosted with IMBC and partially covered/decorated in MMF. It took four 8" layers plus one 7" layer used to create enough height to fit the doll and then some. Her feet actually rested aboe the bottom layer which was included for additional servings. It fed 14 and we still had the bottom layer leftover so I'd say at least 25 in all. I also made cake pops from the cake/frosting scraps after carving the dress. Birthday girl was very happy to have this not-Barbie doll cake : )

Lalaloopsy Cake Topper
The doll is made entirely of fondant with bamboo skewer and toothpick supports. Base was made to help keep doll standing. She was quite heavy and I was uncertain should would stand alone without falling over. There is a small foam block underneath the base where the skewers coming out of her feet plant thru the base and into the block for added stability.

Going Away Cake
Made this cake for a co-worker who was leaving the company and the state. A three layer 10" chocolate cake (epicurios recipe); filled with milk chocolate ganache; frosted in IMBC; and decorated in fondant lettering to say - farewell; adios; arrivederci; and bon voyage. Topped with a handmade banner to wish Good Luck. Cake design inspired by 1DessertQueen's chocolate engagement cake. Link below...

Pinata Cookie
A very labor intensive cookie but they couldn't have turned out any cuter! I followed the tutorial but increased the recipe to make 30 of these! Coloring; layering; slicing each piece of dough was the hardest part. Each assembled cookie comprises of three layers sandwiched together. The center layer is trimmed at the edges and in the center to create a secret cavity. The "belly" is then filled with mini M&Ms and the third cookie piece placed on top. It is all sealed together using royal icing. Definitely a special cookie that everyone loved. But definitely something I would only do once, lol.

Mickey & Minnie Mouse Cupcake-Cakes
Mickey Mouse ccc made from 50/50 vanilla and chocolate cupcakes and frosted with HR buttercream. Made this for a children's birthday party along with the Angry Birds cake... Mickey and Minnie were by far much harder to create. Getting the cupcakes formed in this shape was very difficult. I did two coats of frosting so I could outline the design first. It took me forever to frost and finish.

Cheeseburger Cake
10" inch and total of 6 cake/brownie layers! Buns are vanilla cake filled with brown sugar smbc and chocolate chip cookie dough balls. Cakes also frosted in the same brown sugar smbc. I used a plastic tool (cut out from soda bottle, lol) to shape and smooth the dome on top bun. The burger is two layers of chocolate brownie filled with an instant fudge frosting. Decorations are all made of marshmallow fondant.

Snoopy Christmas Cookie
fell in love with this cookie idea last Christmas but couldn't get the vintage cutter/mold in time and wasn't willing to pay $30 for it either. so i made my own using the cookie cutter kit my husband gave me. the "wrong" side of the cutter actually came out better so you'll notice these aren't facing in authentic direction. they still came out amazing and i was quite happy. definitely my best Christmas cookie yet.
