Carrot Cupcakes With Ruffled Cream Cheese Smbc And Marzipan Carrots
Carrot cupcakes with a little bit of grated apple in the cake as well as toasted pecans topped off with cream cheese Swiss meringue buttercream (which I struggled a lot with) but eventually got to firm up and piped them into pretty ruffles using the 070 Specialty Ruffle Metal Tip. Maripan was colored orange, shaped into carrots, textured with a knife, and dusted with cocoa powder to look realistic. The carrot tops were bits of parsley. This is actually quite old now, but I just realized I forgot to post it. Hope you guys like it!

Under The Sea Cupcakes And Cake For A Little Mermaid Birthday Party
S'mores cupcakes with graham cracker crust, chunks of milk chocolate, chocolate cake, and toasted marshmallow frosting. Topped with graham cracker "sand" and marshmallow fondant sea creature toppers. I added 2 Tbsp gumpaste mix to the marshmallow fondant to make it harder, and used molds I bought online to make the shells and starfish. The sand dollars were shaped by hand. The cake is a strawberry white chocolate mousse cake. I used gel color to dye the frosting blue. It has some of the same fondant toppers as the cupcakes, plus some seaweed I made from MMF as well.

Chocolate Baileys Cupcakes With Chocolate Shots
This is my standard chocolate cupcake recipe with the milk replaced by homemade Irish cream. The frosting is Irish cream SMBC topped with homemade chocolate cups containing "shots" of more homemade Irish cream! This and the caramel cake also pictured were baked for my boyfriend's birthday.

Owl Oreo Cupcakes
These Owl Cookies N' Cream Cupcakes are slightly adapted from Hello, Cupcake! They're a fun treat that everyone will love whether old or young, during Halloween or any other time of year. I decided to make the cake cookie and cream flavored to match the Oreo decoration and both turned out great.
