This cake was for my little sister who turned 15th she wanted a zebra cake with splatter paint and a ipod touch. It didnt come out so good but she loved it. Its chocolate and vanila cake in a zebra pattern. Buttercream frosting with fondant accents the ipod is all fondant. The splatter paint was fun to do I used food coloring with pipping gel and splattered it on like you would on a canvas lol.. i made a mess make sure you put some paper down before. I still need much practice.... i plan on taking some classes.

So this was for my Marine he wanted german chocolate with a white chocolate Marine mold. I used fondant for the red and black. This is not one of my best but he loved it . I had a really hard time getting the white chocolate to look like gold.

Chocolate cake with whipping cream frosting. I drew this on rice paper then cut it out then I hand painted with pipping gel. I found it easier to paint it on with a brush than to actually pipe it on. I think it came out okay.
