Alligator that I made for a birthday. It took 5 batches of cake to make this cake. But I learned an important lesson...cover the individual pieces (head and body) separately.
This cake was based on the design the MOB gave me. I was a little nervous about doing the blue cut outs for the fondant. I used the pan as a guide and then cut out the shapes and placed it on the cake.

I made these cupcakes for a beach themed basket at a fundraiser. The cupcakes are a graham cracker & cinnamon and the sunglasses and flip flops are molded chocolate. The "sand" is graham crackers and the water is wiltons spray color.
This order was for 200 cupcakes and a 6in fondant cake for a wedding. The cupcakes were 50 chocolate, 50 chocolate with raspberry filling, 50 vanilla, and 50 vanilla ith coconut filling. The filled cupcakes were a big hit.
This cake is based off of this cake . My nephews love the game angry birds so I make an angry birds cake for my nephews birthday. They were able to take a sling shot and "kill" the green pigs with the birds (red, yellow and black). The birds and pigs are made out of gumpaste the rest is buttercream. My mother tried to cut into the cake and the birthday boy told her it wasn't for eating it was for playing.
