FBCT of woodturning. All buttercream. Buttercream stiffened to dam consistency to make the letters look like wood shavings.

Breaking Dawn Birthday

Book is red velvet filled with creamcheese icing covered in buttercream. Cake is pumpking filled with creamcheese icing and covered with buttercream and chocolate ganached tinted black. The apple is a rice crispy treat covered in fondant the game pieces and flower petals are gumpaste. Had a lot of fun with this one!

Bear Baby Shower

9"chocolate, 6" white, covered in buttercream. Figures and banner are fondant/gumpaste

Steampunk Halloween

10" chocolate, 6" white, covered in buttercream. Figures, gears, and pipes are gumpaste, the light house is gumpaste and isomalt. This was titled "Steampunk Aftermath"

9" chocolate filled with chocolate ganache, 6" white velvet, covered in butter cream with fondant figures.

Gir Cake

All buttercream cake. Multi-birthday cake. Gir and Mickey cakes were chocolate, dolphin and yellow cake were lemon, camo cake was red-velvet, base tier was white velvet airbrushed to look like a wood table. Letters, tags and flowers were gumpaste. Everything else was buttercream

White sheet cake covered in buttercream then used an impression mat and airbrushed to look like a wooden pier. Recycle bin is cake covered in fondant. Chairs, umbrella, postcards, billboard and all the computer stuff is sugarpaste. TFL

Paul Frank Monkey Cake

10" white cake 6" strawberry cake carved. All covered in buttercream. Monkey is RKT covered in fondant, name, number and cherries are sugarpaste. TFL!
