The top figure is made from gumpaste, she is sitting on a 4" dummie, the bottom cake is a 10" cake. It was airbrushed to create background. The figures on the bottom layer are all the grandmother's family members (23- children and grandchildren).
The center column and top canopy of the cake are cardboard, covered in fondant. The bottom is a 8" two tiered cake. The cake if airbrushed with a pearl finish to add shimmer.
