Two Tiered Ribbon Cake With Cascading Flowers
This was my Wilton cake course 3 final cake. Bottom tier was chocolate with mocha buttercream icing while top tier was zesty lemon with lemon buttercream. Flowers were made from gumpaste while bow is half/half fondant/gum paste. I tried to do a draped ribbon effect but didn't quite work out.

Bon Voyage New York City Cake
This was made for a friend who was going to New York for a few months to study. This was a small 6" cake (4" high) The cake is pistachio with pistachio/vanilla buttercream. Cake is covered in fondant. Signage and all accents (apart from the buildings) are all in gumpaste.
