This carriage is made of gelatin with gumpaste accents, the wheels and carriage base were totally made of gumpast, same with the base it is sitting on
Cake was white with pineapple and strawberry filling, buttercream icing. Boarders were fondant pearls. Used the gelatin bubbles and inserted pictures of her from bottom to top in age sequece from 3 to 90 at about 10 yrs apart. Used piping gel in champagne glasses on top tilted as toasting her on top. I would like to thank Tammy Utley for influence for bubbles
this was actually for a bridal shower. made the masks cutting out the shape and airbrushing to match a plate that was given me.

This cake is a full sheet cake covered with fondant. Then a 15" hex. and a 6" square. Towers of fondant/gumpaste with a cake cone covered with fondant and a sugar cone covered with fondant/gumpaste for the top. Embelished with fondant door, windows and flowers.
