Bowling Birthday Cake
I made this cake for Hannah's birthday that was at a bowling alley. The confetti is cut up dried fondant, the bowling alley is covered in fondant also (the wood is painted on with food coloring gel). The sign is solid gum paste, airbrushed, and piped on with butter cream. The stars, bowling pins, and bowling ball are gum paste too. Enjoy!!

Around The World Cuisine Cupcakes
These are the cupcakes I entered into the Washington State Sugar Art Show. Each cupcake represents a different culture. And they're on table clothes with the flag of the country they're from. It took me 32 hours of intense molding to finish. Some of the mediums I used were butter cream, gum paste, fondant, and piping gel. Hope you enjoy!

Tangled Cake
This is a cake I did for a 3 year old. It's based on the movie Tangled. It's built on a wooden board with a PVC pipe up the center. The entire top building portion RKT covered in royal icing and fondant. The bottom grass is fondant "sponged" with royal icing to get the grass effect. Hope you enjoy!

Shopping Bag Cake
This is a cake a did for a little girl who was having her birthday at the mall. I made this cake out of two 12x12 pans and then cut them down to fit my board. I covered the opening of the bag with fondant first and then used my new airbrush to paint it black inside. Then I put fondant on the entire cake and had it over hang the opening a little. Then I airbrushed it too. All of the finishing touches were done in gumpaste or fondant.

Shoe Box Cake
This is by far the coolest cake I've done. First I covered the box (the actual cake) with fondant (which actually wrinkled over night sadly), then I covered an actual top of a shoe box with fondant and set it aside. Next I took thin peices of gumpaste and let them dry, then I added them for tissue paper. I set the lid on top of that. Then I took thick fondant and made the blanket at the base of my cake. Next I added the tag. The shoe was the last thing I put on and it took me about a week total to make it. I used pink cake box's youtube tutorial. This cake was for my friend Malinda Rose who was turning 15 years old. Hope you enjoy!
