This was a cake I made and donated to a local benefit raising money for a person I went to high school with who is currently battling a rare form of cancer. The cake sold for $950 in the live auction! I decided to go with a Fall theme as we just had our first official day of Fall(maybe not in Houston where I am). The bottom tier is homemade carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. The middle is Hazelnut Coffee Caramel cake and the top pumpkin is actually Rice Krispie treats covered in smoothed buttercream and then in MMF and painted. As you can see, the MMF got quite sticky as it was very humid and hot outside where the benefit was held. All things considered it came out great and my favorite part is definitely the pumpkin.

This is a large Starbucks cake which includes 4 individual cakes(3 cups and a bag of coffee beans. Everything was made by hand, except the coffee beans are real. The whipped cream is piped buttercream w/ caramel and chocolate drizzled over it. The coffee in the mug is piping gel dyed brown. The cakes are sitting on a board covered in MMF painted to look like a hardwood floor. Flavored of the cakes include Lemon Cake w/ Blackberry Jam and fresh strawberries, Hazelnut Coffee Cake with Coffee Cream Cheese Frosting, Coffee Caramel Cake w/ Cream Cheese Frosting and caramel sauce and lastly, chocolate cake with cookies n cream frosting.

This is a 6 tier masquerade cake. Masks are made of gum paste and the cake is covered in MMF. The entire cake stood about 4.5 feet tall.

Tree Of Celebration Cake

This was for an adoption celebration party of a one year old little girl. The whole cake has a pvc pipe running through and mounted to the board. That's what the tree is made of, along with chocolate MMF and wires. I drew a sketch and it turned out exactly like it! I was happy :)
