3 tiered cake I did for the 2011 Great Frederick Fair. Cake dummies and Wilton fondant. I loved how the bottom tier turned out. I won first place and Best in Show for Household Goods!
Did this for my friend's Aunt! She asked for "bright and wild" and LOTS of chocolate. Cake is chocolate fudge filled and iced with chocolate ganache. All decorations are Satin Ice fondant. First attempt at a Loopy Bow. I thought it turned out okay =/
Inspired by SO many of the ones I saw on here, these are my own little version. White cake with Vanilla BC. All Satin Ice fondant decorations! My gift to my cousin's triplet 3 year old daughters for their Minnie Mouse party!
Two 10 inch rounds with a 3rd cut in half for the back half of the stage. Chocolate cake with PB SMBC. Chipmunks are McDonald's toys, all decorations are fondant. TFL!
Cake I entered in the Beginner Tiered Category of the Great American Cake Show in Westminster, MD. Won 3rd place! Cake dummies with all fondant decorations and real ribbon.
Belly Cake I made for my best friend's shower. Cake is chocolate with PB SMBC and filled with crushed Reese's cups. All fondant decorations.
Lemon cupcakes filled with Lemon curd. Iced with a Raspberry Cream Cheese SMBC and garnished with Poppy Seeds!
Chocolate cake baked in a Pyrex bowl and decorated with ABC. Done as a present for a friend's daughter's 4th birthday. She provided the unicorns. It went with 4 rainbow cupcake bouquets I made. It was a big hit and the little girl loved it!
Chocolate and White (done as a rainbow) cupcakes with rainbow ABC as frosting. Done with a rainbow cake for my friend's daughter's 4th birthday. They were a big hit!
These are for a cake competition I'm entering soon. They were just a test run and I'm really happy with how they turned out! They're 100% fondant.
I attempted Hi Hats! They tasted awesome! However, my chocolate was still a bit too warm and melted the swirls a bit so they turned out to be more Bowler Hats than Hi Hats! :)
I did this Pop Tart cake for my Dad's 54th birthday. He LOVES Pop Tarts so I was inspired. Cake is a Chocolate Fudge cake with Peanut Butter SMBC.
First time working with Fondant. The bow is pretty sad but overall I was happy with my first time attempt.
