Yellow and white wedding cake. Top and bottom tiers were lemon with lemon buttercream. Second from bottom was fudge mint cake with mint buttercream. Second from the top was pumpkin with cream cheese frosting. The flowers were made of gum paste using Nicholas Lodge's recipe. Covered in homemade marshmallow fondant.

This was a red velvet cake with Swiss meringue buttercream covered in white fondant. I then applied an overlay in white and garnished with edible silver pearls. Flowers are made out of a 50/50 fondant gumpaste mix. Cupcakes were red velvet with Swiss meringue buttercream, vanilla bean with orange cream buttercream, chocolate with caramel buttercream and chocolate mint with mint buttercream.
