Race Car And Beer Bottles
Twenty-first birthday for a young man who's hobby is Race Car driving. Everything is edible with the exception of the cake board. The bottles are sugar, the cars are made from fondant. The edible bottle and cake labels are made from rice paper and are actual race car events copied directly from the recipient's web page (bottle, ice bucket and edible labels on the cake board). The bucket is Rice Krispy treats, covered in fondant (sprayed silver and touched up with luster dust) and the ice in the bucket is Isomalt. The cake is buttercream frosting covered in chocolate Ganache' with black sugar sheet squares added.

Blue Winter Wedding Cake With Pine Cones
The cake is 3 different flavors, dirty iced with butter cream and then wrapped in ice blue fondant. The pine cones are made out of 2 different shades of brown fondant / gumpaste (half / half mix). Some of the cones were trimmed later with white royal icing to give the appearance of snow. The branches are wrapped wire, brushed with CMC and then dipped in sanding sugar.

Sponge Bob And His Friends
There's not one piece of plastic on this cake. The characters, sea shells and pineapple leaves were created out of gumpaste, modeling chocolate or fondant. Unfortunately you can't see all the characters in this picture. The coral is made from Isomalt and the cross-hatching and flowers are made out of Sugar Veil. The cake is wrapped in fondant that was marbelized to look like water.
