Italiian cream cake with white choc cream cheese icing. Fondant gifts with sugar cones covered in buttercream. Sugar crystals for the snow. This was fun and loved doing it.

Beer Bottle Cake

This was for a birthday. It was all edible. The beer bottles are made out of rice crispies and covered in molding chocolate (I couldn't get the size right on the bottles), the cake is all red velvet including the bucket that is covered in fondant (not very good fondant work I was in a hurry since the bday girl was coming). The icing is white chocolate cream cheese icing and painted a countertop on the bottom tier. Very time consuming, but not the greatest work I need more practice! Thanks for checking it out!

Birthday Cake

This was my mother-in-laws birthday cake. The bottom was chocolate cake with white chocolate cream cheese filling and chocolate fudge icing. The top layer was italian cream (no pecans) with strawberries and white choc cream cheese filling amd white chocolate cream cheese icing. It was DIVINE! The flowers were fondant, there were suppose to be more but my daughter decided to eat half of them, but it turned out good with that many anyway. I liked how it turned out.

Pencil Cake

This was a butter cake with chocolate ganache filling and buttercream on the outside. I forgot to put the foil on the board and my son dipped his finger in the ganache, I guess you can say it was good. This cake was donated to my daughter's school for their yearly carnival.

Sweet 16

For a girls sweet 16. The colors are hot pink and lime green with yellow letters. The camera didn't do this cake justice but first time with fondant and I loved it more than piping!
