Graduate of The French Pastry School in Chicago. Instructed by Chefs Sebastien Cannone M.O.F, Jacquey Pfieffer, World Pastry Champion Scott Green, Nicolas Lodge, Mark Seaman and pioneer of Barry Callebaut Chocolate Jean Pierre Wybauw. I worked in a bakery,restaurant and cafe producing, cakes, pastries and fine desserts. I currently own a business creating custom cakes, pastries and desserts for events and occasions.
