My Take On The Baby Carriage Cake From The Wilton 2009 Year Book
(Please tilt the screen to see properly)We surprised my cousin for her baby shower with this cake...she and her husband really loved it. After 15 years of trying to have a kid without success, I knew that the cake had to be really nice. Its the cake from the Wilton Year book while using the colors of the baby shower. Everyone loved it. The bottom cake is cinnamon swirl, the carriage cake on the bottom is red velvet and the top of the carriage cake is carrot cake. My cousin and her husband decided not to eat it but have the carriage frozen.

Mother-Daughter Tea Party Cake
I did this cake as a contribution to the Mother-Daughter Tea Party at my church this weekend. It was the second time working with fondant outside of my Wilton Class. Its MMF fondant. I think I rolled it too thin, and so ended up doing Cornelli Lace all over it to cover up some mistakes. Everyone really liked it though.

Quarter Of A Century Cake
A friend of mine is turning 25 and wanted a cake like a quarter. I came on Cake Central to see what had been done before and took inspiration from krissy_kze here on Cake Central. The cake is a unique request. He wanted vanilla on the top, chocolate on the bottom, Butter Cream Icing in the middle, covered with MMF. Thanks for looking and for your comments
