This was made for a 40th birthday. They wanted it to look like the invitation. Vanilla pound cake w/white chocolate mousse filling and iced w/butter-cream and white chocolate fondant. Everything is eddible. I also made the jewels.

This is a butter cookie I made with vanilla colored royal icing. The face is a piece of dryed fondant which I painted the birthday boys face on it with vanilla extract and food coloring gels. This cookie stood on a book made of vanilla cake and buttercream icing.
