Jungle Cake

My niece gives very detailed instructions for her birthday cakes. She even draws me pictures of what she wants. The instructions for this one was a jungle cake with two tiers, a waterfall, trees and a parrot. I did better by using little animals she could share with her guests and keep for herself. She was very happy with the cake and has already given me instructions for next year!

Carebear Rainbow Cake

This was my niece's 2nd birthday cake. She wanted carebears that she could keep. I wanted to see if I could get a 3-D rainbow to stand up and it worked!! The kids at the party all thought the "island side" was Hawaii.
