Baptism Cake For A Boy

Cake was chocolate filled with a layer of chocolate pudding and another layer of caramel filling. Iced with BC. The booties, bonnet and rosary all made of fondant.

Pablo From The Backyardigans

In Canada we do not have the Pablo pan. I had to cut him out free hand. I used a few cake ideas from CC. Not sure whose, but thanks for your inspiration! I cut him out of a vanilla cake. Then Made a chocolate cake filled with a choclate BC, and placed him on top. This way it a gave him a 3D effect! It turned out pretty good! I was happy and so were my clients!!!
